This project is located within the Dudley Square Economic Development Area. A long abandoned three story brick building was completely gutted and renovated to provide 43 studio apartments and extensive common areas that include a living room, library, dining room, sunroom and institutional kitchen. Each resident has an individualized care plan and the comfort of knowing there is 24 hour facility staffing for emergency response. The Committee to End Elder Homelessness provides the staff to operate this site.
