Windsor House - Affordable Housing

New Communities Services (NCS) develops manages exceptionally beautiful affordable housing.

New Communities Services clients are a diverse group of adults living in affordable housing units that New Communities has developed and/or manages in the Greater Boston area. These Housing sites serve frail elders, individuals with disabilities, and individuals with histories of homelessness.

New Communities Services makes notable contributions to the neighborhoods in which our housing is located by involving significant rehabilitation of abandoned and/or deteriorating buildings and properties.

New Communities Services facilitates meaningful connections between residents and their neighborhoods by identifying and coordinating appropriate services and supports.NCS' clients have been pushed to the margins of our society and are at high risk for homelessness and institutionalization.

NCS supports individuals in maintaining their independence through supportive housing and adult day health options.
