Columbia West Apartments, an affordable housing site located at 392 Columbia Road on the corner of Quincy Street in Dorchester, MA opened in February 2005.

This affordable housing site is made up of SRO (Single Room Occupancy), one, two and three bedroom units in a four story building equipped with an elevator, sprinkler system and a garage with 36 parking spaces for tenants.  Visitor parking spaces are conveniently located in the rear of the building.  Each residential floor is equipped with a laundry room.

Minimum incomes are needed depending on household size and Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
