Our Adult Day Health Center Provides Exceptional Care & Support
Our multidisciplinary staff brings compassion, years of training, and commitment to their jobs. Our staff members are certified in CPR, First Aid, and Alzheimer's Care. We have multi-lingual staff and clients throughout our centers fluent in:

Nursing & Personal Care:
Our adult day center maintain registered nurses on site, and they maintain communication with primary care physicians and their assistants about client's personal needs. We also have podiatrists that come to our center, and even supply yearly Influenza clinics to keep participants informed. Our RN's provide a variety of nursing services, including, but not limited to:

The community-based support provided at New Communities Services Inc./Windsor House Adult Day Health is essential to our clients' wellbeing. We ensure a full range of community services, including:

Companionship and Fun:
Games, music, trivia, entertainment, crafts, and reminiscent and discussion groups keep participants alert, physically active and interacting with staff and fellow participants.

Coordinated care is a priority when it comes to the welfare of individuals attending our adult programs. Windsor House staff members have a strong relationship with the following local institutions, which enables us to efficiently manage our client and family needs. These include:

Specialized Care and Services:
Physical or cognitive limitations are not obstacles to participation. Activities are adapted to each individual's capabilities. Windsor House has physical therapists and occupational therapists, who work with individuals at our centers. Our Center provides a safe, friendly, and supportive environment for people with Alzheimer's disease or other memory loss. The staff is specially trained to attend to the safety and social needs of participants. We offer activities for the skill level of each participant. A supportive environment encourages participants and helps them feel comfortable. We also ensure that participants have individual support and supervision when needed.
For ease of service we arrange transportation to and from our program.
Nutritious meals are served daily at Windsor House. We serve breakfast with a choice of entrees including cereal, toast, muffins, juice, coffee and tea; a hot noon meal including specific dietary needs; and a nutritious afternoon snack. Our daily meals are determined with assistance from our registered dietician, who oversees meal planning. RN’s are also help participants with nutritional education and anyone needing extra assistance with feeding.
We recognize that family and other caregivers are crucial members to any treatment team. Our program provides a break for the day-to-day caregivers and support services.
